Wellness Plans Built For You
At Huntington Beach Dental Studio, we believe dental care should feel personalized, proactive, and transparent. Our Wellness Plans are designed to support long-term oral health with preventive-focused care and simplified pricing.
Every patient begins with a comprehensive dental exam so our doctors and hygiene team can recommend the plan that best supports their current oral health needs.
Recommending the most appropriate Wellness Plan
All patients begin with:
- A comprehensive dental exam which includes:
- Necessary radiographs, intraoral photos and digital scans
- A periodontal assessment to assess gum and bone health
This allows our doctor and hygiene team to determine the most appropriate level of preventive or periodontal care based on each patient’s current oral health condition.
Patients will then be recommended either:
- The Preventive Wellness Plan
- The Maintenance Wellness Plan
First Visit Expectations
Your first visit includes:
- Comprehensive dental exam
- Necessary X-rays, intraoral photos and digital scan
- Full periodontal assessment
- Oral cancer screening
- Personalized treatment recommendations
Patients may initially schedule expecting a routine cleaning; however, the appropriate hygiene treatment can only be determined after a full dental exam.

If active periodontal disease is present, additional periodontal therapy treatment (scaling and root planing) will be recommended prior to entering ongoing periodontal maintenance care.
Following the initial evaluation, patients who choose to proceed with one of the recommended Wellness Plans may then receive Wellness Plan pricing and benefits moving forward. If a patient chooses not to enroll in a recommended Wellness Plan following the initial visit, services rendered day of and moving forward will be subject to standard office fees.
Our goal is to ensure every patient receives personalized recommendations based on their current oral health condition and long-term treatment needs.

Membership-based care designed for self-pay patients
Preventive Wellness Plan
Price: $550/year (approximately $46/month)
Best suited for:
Patients with healthy gums or mild gingivitis seeking ongoing preventive care.
Includes:
- 3 professional adult prophylactic cleanings
- 3 fluoride treatments
- 3 periodic dental exams
- All necessary X-rays
- 1 emergency exam and necessary X-ray
- Oral cancer screenings
- Intraoral photos and digital scans
- 15% wellness plan savings on additional treatment
- Complimentary professional take-home whitening kit annually
Perio Wellness Plan
Price: $800/year (approximately $69/month)
Best suited for:
Patients requiring ongoing periodontal maintenance care due to a diagnosis of periodontitis.
Includes:
- 4 periodontal maintenance visits
- 4 fluoride treatments
- 4 periodic wellness evaluations
- All necessary X-rays
- 1 emergency exam and necessary X-ray
- Oral cancer screenings
- Intraoral photos
- 15% wellness plan savings on additional treatment
Important Information:
Scaling and root planing therapy is not included in the Perio Wellness Plan. However, patients enrolled in the Wellness Plan may apply wellness plan savings toward recommended periodontal therapy once enrolled.
Patients diagnosed with active periodontitis are strongly encouraged to complete scaling and root planing therapy prior to entering ongoing periodontal maintenance care.
If a patient declines scaling and root planing therapy but still wishes to enter the Perio Wellness Plan:
- The patient may enroll for one wellness plan term
- The plan may not be renewed until recommended periodontal therapy has been completed
- Periodontal maintenance visits are not a replacement for active periodontal therapy (scaling and root planing)
- Restorative treatment will not be completed until periodontal therapy has been completed.
- Scaling and root planing may be completed by quadrant prior to proceeding with restorative treatment in corresponding areas.
Child Preventive Wellness Plan
Price: $250/year (approximately $21/month)
Best suited for:
Children under 18 and growing smiles who benefit from regular preventive care and monitoring.
Includes:
- 3 professional cleanings
- 3 fluoride treatments
- 3 periodic wellness evaluations
- All necessary X-rays
- 1 emergency exam and necessary X-ray
- 15% wellness plan savings on additional treatment
Our Treatment Philosophy
At Huntington Beach Dental Studio, our goal is never to pressure patients into treatment, but rather to provide clear recommendations based on clinical findings and long-term oral health outcomes. We believe the healthiest and most predictable dentistry begins with a stable, healthy gums and bones.
Because periodontal health directly impacts the success and longevity of restorative dentistry, active periodontal disease should be addressed prior to completing definitive restorative treatment. Scaling and root planning may be completed by quadrant prior to proceeding with restorative treatment in corresponding areas.
Wellness Plan Information
- Wellness Plans are not dental insurance
- Plans are valid for 12 months from enrollment date
- Benefits are non-transferable
- Wellness Plan fees are non-refundable after services are rendered
- Wellness Plan savings cannot be combined with insurance or promotional offers
- Treatment savings exclude outside laboratory fees if applicable
- Missed appointment policies still apply
